Introduction

The pure epoxy powder coating has fine physics performance and able to bear the chemical medicines, also has good electric insulating ability. It is suitable for the requirement with high anti- corrosion and insulation

 

Use

(1) Pipelines and Valves: Antiseptic pipeline, the sending petroleum pipes, the sewage pipe , the water pipe using in ship , the gas pipe and valve parties.

(2) Metal Furniture: Steel furniture, Filing Cabinet and Steel Chair,etc.

(3) Kitchen Utensils : liquefied gas cylinders, Cooking utensils of coal gas and taking off the soot machine,etc.

(4) Architecture: Lock, The reinforcing bar for building and Steel template,etc.

(5) Electric Apparatus: Electronic devices and components, The packing of the insulation of the coil and electrical machinery rotor etc.

(6) Instruments and Apparatus: Spraying on the exterior of instrument and apparatus.

 

Curing

Type A) : 200°C (temperature of work piece ) 15 minute (plain gloss or matt gloss)

Type B) : 180°C (temperature of work piece )  15 minute (high gloss or matt gloss )

Type C) : 150°C (temperature of work piece ) 15 minutes (high gloss)

Average Coverage Rate

9-12 m2/kg, membrane thick is 80 μm (calculated as the 100% usage rate)

 

Storage

The products must be stored in dry room with good ventilation ,with temperature lower than 30°C and should avoid direct sunlight. Prohibit to piling up in the open. Under this condition, the powder can be steadily maintained for one year, expired products still can be used provided testing results meet the standards.
